Pad Thai
"Hi, my name is Pad Thai. If you have tried Asian food, you should have pretty good idea who I am. Do you know that I am Thai of Chinese descent?"
Yes, that's right. It was quite a long time ago when Thais started to incorporate noodle to many of their recipes. Pad Thai is just one of many other delicious noodle dishes in Thailand, but it has gained a lot of attention in the US. It is kind of an ambassador of Thai food in the US.
I wrote another post earlier about how US Pad Thai is different from the original Pad Thai, but who cares - as long as it tastes delicious.
